The scope of this project was modernise & full refurbishment.

The brief from the owner was to modernise and maximise use of the space.

The flat was fully gutted, walls brought back to brick, reconfigured so that it was open plan, in line with building regulations, fully rewired, new gas central heating installation, Kitchen, bathroom, re-plastered and finished.
