Rear Extension, Epsom Surrey

The scope of this project was to demolish rear conservatory, knock through rear elevation an insert cranked steel beams to allow for vaulted ceiling with two electrically operated roof lights, installation of new roof EDPM and concrete tiles on pitch.

Full ground floor rewire and installation of 6.5mtr bifold doors to rear garden

All works carried out in line with building regulations in force at the time and finished to high specification.
