Extension Refurbishment, Epsom Surrey

The scope of this project was to obtain Planning consent for rear extension to include a downstairs Shower room.

Client wished to open up and maximise downstairs living space as well increase the size of their kitchen.

Rear of the property knocked through, an extension built with two skylights and installation of large bifolds. Fully finished throughout including plumbing and underfloor heating, rewire of house, tiling and decorating throughout.

All works carried out in line with building regulations, and finished to high specification.
