Double storey extension and loft conversion – Surbiton, Surrey

The scope of this project was to design reconfigure to client’s specification and build.

Objective was to increase and maximise living space adding 2 double bedroom one with an en-suite and and extra bathroom, full loft conversion and a double storey side extension with large single rear extension.

All works carried out in line with building regulations, fully rewired, new gas underfloor heating throughout with mega flow system, Kitchen, bathroom, re-plastered and finished to high specification.
