The scope of this project was to obtain Planning consent for change of use from commercial (shop) to residential for conversion to split level one bedroom flat.

The brief was to dig out basement and waterproof using Tanking on walls and floors, fully damp proof and stop ingress of water from street level.

Maximise space and install all fixtures and fitting to a high specification including a home automation system which you can control all lights and heating with as well as electrical appliances such as TV and home stereo system.

All works carried out in line with building regulations, fully rewired, new gas underfloor heating throughout, Kitchen, bathroom, re-plastered and finished to high specification.
