The scope of this project was to obtain Planning consent for change of use from commercial (shop) to residential and to build (as new) a one bedroom flat where the commercials store and garage once sat.

The brief was to dig out foundations and fully damp proof to stop any ingress of water from street level.

Maximise space and install all fixtures and fitting to a high specification, to include roof lights and automated ventilation for the bathroom roof light.

All works carried out in line with building regulations, new electrical installation, new gas underfloor heating throughout with smart control, Kitchen, bathroom, re-plastered and finished to high specification.
