The scope of this project was to obtain convert these unused serviced offices into a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments under permitted development.

Our involvement was assisting and consultation including planning, design, feasibility study, marketing, sales and rental of a 52 apartment project in Surrey, United Kingdom from design to build to key hand over.

Dealing on a day to day basis with surveyors, architects, engineers and building regulation control and certification sign offs.
